### **BuilderPad Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions**

**1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:**

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and regulations regarding endorsements and testimonials.

**2. Prohibited Promotional Methods:**

Unsolicited email or any other form of unsolicited promotional methods, collectively known as “spam”, are strictly prohibited.

**3. Rebates and Financial Incentives:**

Affiliates are not allowed to offer cash rebates, discounts, or any other form of financial incentives to customers who purchase BuilderPad products and services through their affiliate links.

**4. Negative Language and False Statements:**

Use of negative language or false, misleading, or unverifiable claims in promotional materials related to BuilderPad products and services is strictly prohibited.

**5. Misrepresentation:**

Affiliates must not misrepresent BuilderPad, its products or services, or make claims that are inaccurate or cannot be substantiated.

**6. Unethical Sales Tactics:**

Cookie stuffing, or the use of other unethical or deceptive methods for generating affiliate sales, is strictly prohibited.

**7. Jurisdiction Compliance:**

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with the laws and regulations of all jurisdictions in which they operate.

**8. Program Termination:**

BuilderPad reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program, withhold or revoke commissions, or take any other appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with these terms.

**9. Liability:**

BuilderPad is not responsible for any liability, loss, damage, or other consequences that may arise from an affiliate’s promotional activities.
